Ownership

This website, product, and all source code, documentation, database schemas, prompts, configuration, and other materials (collectively, the "Software") are the proprietary and confidential property of SeekBytes Private Limited ("SeekBytes", "we", "us", or "our").

License grant

The Software is licensed, not sold. No license, right, or interest in the Software is granted to any party except as expressly set out in a signed agreement between SeekBytes and that party (a "Customer Agreement"). Absent such an agreement, no permission is granted to any person to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, or to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so. Where a Customer Agreement exists, that agreement governs the scope of the license granted (including any seat, tenant, or deployment limits, term, and permitted use), and this page does not expand or restrict those terms. In the absence of an explicit grant in a Customer Agreement, all rights are reserved by SeekBytes.

Restrictions

1. No redistribution. The Software, in whole or in part, may not be redistributed, sublicensed, resold, or made available to any third party, including affiliates of a Customer, without SeekBytes' prior written consent.
2. No reverse engineering. The Software may not be decompiled, disassembled, or reverse engineered, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. No removal of notices. Copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices in the Software may not be removed or altered.
4. Confidentiality. The Software (including non-public source code, schemas, and internal documentation) is confidential information of SeekBytes and must be protected accordingly.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED IN A CUSTOMER AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SEEKBYTES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED IN A CUSTOMER AGREEMENT.
